Recognized as a gem in the Ritz Carlton crown, Nova HRC was chosen to complete the renovation of the luxury brand’s signature four-star ocean-side Laguna Niguel Resort. The scope of work included a complete demolition and refurbishment of the existing guestrooms, restaurants, and public spaces for the 393-room Mediterranean-style retreat. Nova installed new MEP systems, lighting and sourced all of the stone, marble, and millwork packages. Highlights of the project included construction of a silver-leafed rotunda and installation of marble flooring the lobby area.
