The high-volume, 580-room Radisson Hotel at Los Angeles International Airport was in need of a complete renovation when Nova commenced the project. The guestrooms’ work encompassed extensive framing and drywall, installation of new patio, entrance and connecting doors, closet shelving, and valences, as well as painting, carpet, and trim work. The bathrooms were upgraded with marble entrance-ways and floors, and granite vanities with under-mount sinks and fixtures. New lighting, millwork paint, and wall coverings were installed throughout all of the hotel rooms and corridors. As a result of their investment, the Radisson LAX management team was rewarded with an immediate boost in both occupancy and average rate.
