Ninety miles from Cuba, the Parrot Key Boutique Resort, in Key West, is truly a vision of paradise. When Nova was approached to maximize the property’s capabilities, by converting their multi-room suite configuration, our design engineers and project managers stepped up to the task. We installed new flooring, tiling, and kitchens in the bi-level suites and equipped each individual unit with a new MEP system. Nova procured all of the loose furniture and lighting and finished off each guestroom with a four-star finish.
