This project consists of the renovation of the lobby and public space for the 170-room Hilton Garden Inn – Garden Grove, CA. The lobby upgrades include new flooring, wall covering, furniture and lighting, with an extensive millwork package at the registration area. The public space will include the construction of a bar, business center, pantry, buffet area, fitness center, kitchen, and upgrades to the back of house, which includes electrical and plumbing and new equipment.
